Payment by Results. Research Evidence from the Agency Perspective
ARC has worked in collaboration with the Institute of Canadian Advertising (ICA)
on
a survey of advertising and media agencies' views of pbr. The findings were presented at the
ICA/AAAA conference in May 2000 in Bermuda. This anonymous, confidential
and comprehensive questionnaire tasked respondents with reporting present pbr
schemes and their views on these schemes' performance within the context of
overall agency remuneration. The report is only available to
members of the ICA.
