|  | ORDERING A REPORT
Ordering form our ARC shop is easy. To register you simply enter your details and your e-mail address and a password will be sent to you enabling you to login. Once logged in please change the password to something of your choice. Purchases can only be made once registered - this is a fraud prevention measure.
Payment is made on a Streamline secure server. Two payment options are possible - credit card (VISA, Mastercard or JCB) and cheque. Purchases can only be made in £ sterling. There is a currency converter provided (in the information box) to enable you to get an idea of prices in other currencies. Delivery cost (postage and packing) is currently free, regardless of order size or destination. Reports are always sent using a "signed for" service. Please refer to our terms and conditions of business, shipping and privacy notices in the information box. There is no VAT to pay, as in the UK books are zero-rated. You will need to agree to these terms and conditions before the order can be completed. If you have any questons please use the "contact us" facility (in the information box)to send an e-mail.
|  | KEEPING TRACK OF YOUR ORDER
You will receive a first e-mail from ARC confirming that your order has been placed. If you have paid by credit or debit card you will also receive a confirmation of the financial transaction. If you prefer to pay by cheque we cannot process your order further until we receive your cheque and order, and clear those funds. In this respect please print a copy of your receipt and send together with you cheque to ARC. You will receive a second e-mail from ARC confirming that we are processing your order (getting it ready to send)and a third e-mail confirming your order has been sent. You can also log into your account to determine the progress of your order (pending, processing, sent). Please click on the "Shipping" icon (in the informaton box on the left hand side of the screen) for estimated delivery times by destination.
